What truly made my visit exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. Prilly, Glory, and Thania were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made me feel very welcomed. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would gladly return.

So Happy get Free upgrade as Member. Aplgi dpt bnyak compliment dessert for kiddos. Staff Reception Baik dan Ramah. Very Recomended for people yg mau relax sejenak d tngah ksibukan. pool ny jg bagus. Bnyak area fun untk anak2 d loby . Jadi saat proses cek in, anak2 ngg cranky. Krna sibuk sm mainan ny, mini soccer dll. Thank you novotel manado.

The toilet was very yellow and dirty and had mold in many places. This is really not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.

the Novotel Manado staff were excellent in accomodating my groups unusually large amount of luggage. They proved flexible in arranging a very convenient and secure storage area for all our 75 cases.
