Nice hotel - convenient location

I stayed in the hotel as a base for attending the Women's World Cup quarter-final France v USA on Friday 28th June. The location as great, right next to the Metro station. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and efficient

Good choice for attending Paris sporting events. The hotel is in a good location, quiet street, safe area, close to metro. Rooms are very small but clean & with windows that open (for those who don't like air-con). Price was bad due to French Open, so watch for surges around local events.

I needed a hotel close to La Seine Musicale and this one was quite close to it, around 10 minutes walk. The area is quite safe and with a good choice for food. The room was small but clean. I was asked by a nice lady at the reception what I would be doing during my stay and was quite surprised when I saw her three days later checking out and she asked me if the concert I was attending went well. Found it to be a nice touch.

The first room I was assigned was very small and had no electrical outlet in the bathroom. I was offered an extension cord to go across the room to the bathroom. My cousin arranged for a room change and I was given another room. This room had a little more room (one could walk around the room without turning sideways) with an outlet in the bathroom. I stayed two nights. the breakfast was fine.

Never again !

The design is old and poor. The service doesn't exist. The room was sad, the furniture minimalist, the bed looks a hospital one, the bathroom seems to be an old people house's one. The bathroom was a bathroom supposed to be accessible to the handicapped persons! However, suppose that you are in a wheelchair and, suppose that the door of the bathroom is closed, you cannot open the door for lack of space to make it !). This hotel is not a hotel but a place to sleep without any comfort. For the price it is scandalous!

Dear sir, I am really surprised by your comments because your feeling about the atmosphere of our hotel does not match with the other guests feelings'. Concerning our rooms accessible to the handicapped persons, they are all certified by an independant organization.
