I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the deposit policy at the Ibis Yerevan Hotel. Specifically, I find it unreasonable to require a deposit for rooms that do not include a minibar. This policy can place an unnecessary financial burden on guests, especially those who may not have the means to provide a deposit during their stay. As an alternative, I recommend the hotel consider collecting identification details, such as a passport, instead of requiring a deposit. This approach would maintain security without creating financial challenges for guests. Furthermore, I suggest introducing loyalty discounts for frequent customers, which could enhance their satisfaction and encourage them to return to the hotel in the future. I kindly request that my feedback be conveyed to the Ibis Yerevan Hotel management and Accor SA for consideration and necessary adjustments. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
