Great Stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam!

Good location and high standards I recently stayed at the Mercure Bangkok Siam and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of luxury shopping malls and is close to the vibrant Sukhumvit nightlife. However, because it’s situated in a quieter pocket, you aren't disturbed by the typical Sukhumvit noise at night. Having the BTS Skytrain station right at the doorstep makes it incredibly easy to get around the city. The room standard here is definitely higher than your average Mercure hotel, and the rooftop pool is fantastic with great views. I will certainly be returning. Accor Membership: A huge plus is how they handle Accor membership. They truly recognize your status and provide all the benefits proactively without you even having to ask. It made me feel very welcome. A small note: The only minor downside is that they no longer have an Executive Lounge. They used to have a great one with an outdoor terrace and stunning views over Bangkok, which I missed during our last stays.

I went there with my mom recently and I really enjoyed it, the place was clean, the staff were helpful, and I loved how there was a 7-eleven js at the ground floor. The thing I appreciated the most was a staff member, Sam, who helped me and my mom with our departure to the airport. If I remember correctly, he had helped us with the car - that was to transport us to the airport - and with putting our bags in the trunk without us asking to. He was super helpful and kind to us, despite the language barrier, he still gave excellent service. Shout out to him. I would really recommend it. Some of its pros are that it situated near malls which u can walk to via the linking bridges that connect all malls, the friendly staff, the 7-eleven and a lit more that I dont remember (but i do remember that I enjoyed it).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Heartfelt Experience I just have to say how touched I was by the care and kindness from everyone during my stay. Trainee Chef Han made me the most wonderful white omelette — it was cooked with such love and attention that I could honestly feel it in every bite. It’s rare to taste something so simple yet made with such heart. Snooker at the bar was an absolute star — his cocktails were amazing, and he was so attentive and thoughtful, always checking in with a genuine smile to make sure everything was perfect. Patcharin at breakfast brought such warmth to the morning, serving with a constant smile and making everyone feel so welcome and cared for. And Chef Art – thank you so much for taking my allergy seriously and preparing separate noodles for me. They were delicious, and I truly appreciated how considerate and understanding you were. It’s the people who make the experience, and this team really went above and beyond. Thank you all for making me feel so looked after — you turned a simple meal into something really special. As there are always exceptions Male employee ARM was rude and had a serious attitude problem.

We arrived around midnight for our one night stay prior to flying home the next day but once again, our departure was late in the night. Upon check in we requested for a late check out but was advised the check out time, is the same. However, after breakfast we decided to recheck for an opportunity, for a late check out. Kindly, Fonne at the front desk was very understanding and accommodative. She let us check out by 3pm. We were so grateful to understanding gesture. Later, we departed from the hotel around 6:30pm for the airport. Overall our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and breakfast had ample selection to fill any hungry guest.
