직원분들이 정말 조용한데 친절합니다. 부담스럽지 않고 좋아요. 객실도 깨끗하고 늦게 도착했는데 턴다운 서비스까지 완벽하게 되어 있었어요. 풀바에서 저녁을 시켰는데 비가 와서 포장을 부탁했더니 의자까지 내어주시며 기다릴 수 있는 자리를 만들어 준 직원분이 제일 기억에 남아요. 또 방문 예정입니다.

위치가 살짝 도신을 벗어난 듯 했지만 BTS역이 가까워서 이동하기 편함
멋진 여자 매니저님으로 보이시는 분이 직접 문을 열어주시고 반갑게 맞아줘서 좋음!!!
체크인시 "Cookie"라는 아름다운 스텝이 전문적이고 친절하게 환대해 줘서 편하게 체크인 함.
조식당의 남자 매니저님도 무표정 하지만 한사람 한사람에게 세심한 배려를 아끼지 않음.

스위트 룸으로 업그레이드 해주었고 체크아웃도 5시까지 해주었다 너무 만족스럽고 스파도 좋았고 웰컴드링크도 좋았으며 라운지를 운영하는 점도 좋았다. 원래 Mgallery는 라운지 없는 곳이 많은데 말이다.
