Hotel położony w doskonałej lokalizacji- blisko starówki ale jednocześnie z dala od tłumów i hałasu. Naprzeciwko hotelu jest parking- wystarczy przejść wąsk, jednokierunkową uliczką. Pokoje hotelowe są tak doskonale wyciszone, że ma się wrażenie że jest się tam samemu, co ma szczególne znaczenie w nocy. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, stosunkowo duże pokoje, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Bardzo czysto. Personel uprzejmy i nastawiony na satysfakcję klienta. Polecam.

Great location. Nice and comfortable. Bar staff were lovely. Reception staff were ok not overly friendly. Cleaning staff I wouldn't rate. Dirty razor had been left in shower when we arrived. Room wasn't cleaned one day we returned round 5pm to get changed before going for dinner a cleaner knocked the door and barged straight in while we were changing. Pool is small but still nice.

If you’re looking for a succinct review, here it is: The hotel is simply wonderful. Nestled just minutes away from the charming old town streets near the Grand Palace, this hotel boasts a prime location surrounded by a variety of restaurants, fast food joints, and shops. In Brussels, everything is within walking distance, and local transport and affordable Ubers make getting around a breeze. A 10-15 minute walk from the central station means easy access if you're arriving by train from the airport. Housed in what appears to be a traditional building, the hotel is surprisingly celebrating its 25th anniversary, blending historic charm with a well-maintained, modern aesthetic. The chic interior is stylishly designed, and upon entering, you’re treated to a view of the indoor swimming pool and spa area. The expansive lobby offers ample seating for enjoying a drink or meeting people, alongside a pleasant bar and restaurant area, and a breakfast room – although I didn’t get a chance to try them. Check-in was swift and friendly, and as a platinum member, I received a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. The room was functional and business-like, with neutral furnishings that felt chic, if not quite plush. The very comfortable bed came with an array of pillows, a desk area with two chairs, and a chaise lounge-style seat. Amenities included a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and tea/coffee facilities. The TV could have been a bit larger, and the artwork a tad more imaginative, but overall, the room was comfortable, featuring a side view of a nearby church. The well-appointed bathroom included a rain shower and ample space, though the separate toilet had its pros and cons. The spa is directly accessible from the room floors to the basement, allowing for a convenient robe-clad stroll. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the well-equipped gym, but the standout feature is the small, shallow pool – perfect for lounging rather than swimming. There are two steam rooms, with swimsuit advisories (often ignored by some). Overall, this hotel is a top choice for Berlin, offering the most reasonable rates among the Accor brand while being my first choice for any future trips to Brussels.

The location of this hotel cannot be faulted - 10 mins walk to central train, many excellent restaurants and bars a short walk from front door, and main shopping area also only a few mins away. We didn't have breakfast or use bar (which didn't look appealing), but the room was adequate (toilet being a room of its own was weird though). Overall, a decent hotel in a fab location.

I stayed at the Novotel from the 10th-15th June. I was originally there on a work trip however my stay got extended one night due to illness. I woke up on Friday morning and suffered from what transpired to be a seizure. At the time I was unsure what had happened and assumed I'd been attacked on the way home from the bar the night before as I was in a lot of muscle pain. Naturally I was in a very fragile state mentally and physically. I was paranoid that I'd been attacked, I was in pain, I'd missed my flight home & alone in a foreign country. I can remember 1 staff member in particular who showed outstanding care and kindness during the Friday afternoon which I spent in the hotel room awaiting the ambulance. He was a young man (probably in his 20s), dark skinned and soft spoken. Sorry I can't remember his name. He didn't leave me alone in the room, he stayed with me and assured me everything would be ok. I remember talking to him about the Euros which was starting that day (I'm from Scotland so was interested to see us play Germany, we got beat 5-1). He made an awful situation a lot easier to handle. I couldn't be more complimentary of the guy who helped me (and the other staff but he was the one I interacted with most), they recognised that I hadn't eaten all day and ordered me food. I really hope you can identify among your staff who the person is that looked after me when I was at my lowest & reward his 'above and beyond' performance at work that day.
