So far saat booking sampai waktu check out semua mudah. Kami menginap di novotel untuk merayakan ultah suami dan malam pergantian tahun. Saat saya minta untuk Compliment untuk ultah suami saya, staff novotel mewujudkannya. Dan suami saya sangat senang sekali. Kamarnya pun bersih. Para staff sangat sigap sekali saat kami menginginkan extra bed dan beberapa towel. Makanannya pun enak. Namun sayang saat dinner pergantian tahun ada beberapa makanan khususnya daging2an tidak tersaji panas alhasil sampai di meja sudah dingin. Padahal rasa dagingnya enak dan empuk. Sarapannya pun enak semua. Terimakasih novotel sampai bertemu lain waktu

Hotelnya bersih. Kolam renang bersih. Tapi di pool tidak ada tempah sampah untuk diapers anak.sarapan enak apalagi croissantnya.

I stay here to celebrate new year eve with my family. It was really amazing, the staff incredible friendly, my room is spacious and have a beautiful view from my room. I thank you to Ms Vinna who really courteous and give personal touch of service, the buffee also amazing, lots of variety. And loved the snow rain and pyro after countdown. It was beautiful night. I used to stay in this hotel frequently back in 2016 to 2021 due to my work, and it was always great experience. Now for the past 3 months I came back to stay in this hotel again because of some occasions, and I always chose this hotel as my accommodation during my trip. The experience doesn’t change, the staff even remembered me and made special arrangement in my room to welcome me back, the facilities have also improved, the hospitality level that the staff displayed is a top notch and even better than those 5* diamond hotels I’ve stayed, to me they are the soul of this hotel, in particular the front office staff name Mrs NUR or I call her Mba NUR, not only very professional but she always made me feel like I’m home whenever I stay in this hotel. Well done and looking forward to be staying in Novotel Tangerang again!!
