An exceptionally elegant hotel with outstanding service. The staff were remarkably friendly, especially Ms. Mutia at the front desk, who was professional, gracious, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The room was prepared with impeccable attention to detail, spotless in every way. A delicious piece of cake and a handwritten personal welcome note awaited me—an elegant and thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest and ALL Accor memeber.

Clean quiet hotel and good location. Farther more has good view, good quality of services and facilities. There is a shopping center attached to hotel lobby. Clean tidy Room and comfortable bed. Best place to stay when you are in the City of Tangerang, the staff were very friendly, helpful, warmth and welcoming us with a good smile, espcially Mr. Agung, he is very nice. He was giving us a free upgrade to suite room that give us another experience while we stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality, definitely will be back in the near future.
