I love this hotel. We stayed at this hotel 3 nights. This hotel is very close Eiffel tower. We had a beautiful view from the window to the tower. This one was very clean, also. To me, Paris is so fantastic and romantic. Of course, it was a little noisy but it is located in that place, at center. What a pity! We did not longer time there.

When booking our trip to Paris I wanted a hotel that was in close proximity to the main attractions. This hotel is so so close to the Eiffel Tower and is amazing. The decor, style and overall appearance was fantastic, very festive. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were amazed to see the amount of people that would be stopping close to the hotel to get pictures of the Eiffel Tower it was so close. We had upgraded to balcony view of the Eiffel Tower and the view was out of this world. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Good evening i would like to say very sdness something about this a beautiful hotel is my first call to do a reservation for my friend that he is having honeymoon, i choose Pullman Paris Hotel because i was working before in Accr company i know how the standard and guest service is important for the company when i call one of the standard answer me i forget her name during the conversation that im doing for my reservation she end the call on my face and that is not professional at all i call again one gentleman answer me and we do the reservation and i dont want any one to feel what i feel

Disappointing stay

For a 4-star hotel we expected more and this will probably be the last time we stay at an Accor property. We splurged on a balcony room that guaranteed a view of the Eiffel Tower. What they didn’t say is that you need to lean over your balcony to be able to see it. Not visible from our bed nor the table and chairs on the balcony. Once we got into the room I called the front desk to complain and was told that the only rooms that have a view from the room are the non balconies which I know are less expensive. We would have to been happy to make the change but they weren’t having it. On top of that the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain and almost overflowed each morning and there was a disturbing amount of mold in the shower. I try not to be nitpicky when we stay in hotels, just expected more out of this hotel and this brand.

Our stay was fantastic! KOUADIO at check-in was phenomenal, going above and beyond to accommodate us by placing our rooms on the same floor across from each other for convenience. We had one room with an Eiffel Tower view and the other with a city view, and both were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. SAFIA at check-out was friendly and made the process smooth and enjoyable. While the rooms were on the smaller side, the beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The location is unbeatable—less than a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in Paris!
