Dump, waste of money, rip off.

What a dump, no AC/breathing air. Rude/scammy staff. Avoid Portable AC is a joke, ice pack submerged in water, in portable fan. Complained to staff multiple times, promise help but no action.Staff tried to rip us for 200EU because apparently our booking agent didn't pay them(which they did, good thing i had EU sim card and was able to call them.) Left hotel early. Ignore response from the hotel: We are deeply sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered - THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room is spacious and clean. It is not far from the Eiffel Tower.

I stayed with my friends. The room had a very nice view, 29th floor, room 2903. The view was very beautiful. We could clearly see the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and new (already renovated). The room had all the amenities: plates, bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, pots and pans. Dishwashing liquid and sponge, cleaning cloth, microwave, can cook your own food. There is a free drinking water dispenser on the 1st floor. There is a supermarket near the hotel (Monoprix) You can choose to buy food to cook yourself. The price is not expensive. From the hotel, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower, approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Traveling by public transportation is very convenient, but if you come from the airport with a large suitcase, it will be inconvenient because there are no elevators at the train station (escalators are only for going up and down, no for going down, you have to carry your own luggage). It is a very good choice for families.

stayed a whole week in January 2025 in a room with view a supposed of the tower. I rented a whole week parking space as well. The second day we were there, the restroom was clogged. We have used it one evening and one morning as we were out the whole day. There was no one to unclog it. We had to use the toilet in a other room across the building, having to cross two doors On Sunday morning, the garage code was not working. We had to go to the reception desk, and that is when we Got to know the cod vis changed every week. This inconvenience could have been avoided if we had been told ahead of time, when we checked in. That same day, we returned to the parking garage in the evening. The code we were given in the morning was not working. We pressed the help button and a male voice said he had nothing to do with it. He told us to go to the hotel reception for help. I did, and it was the worst experience in my life. I tav very often to Europe, every six months or less at least. I have never experienced a problem like this, let alone being treated rudely. The receptionist told me he had nothing tondo with it. That the code was right. He insisted I was the problem and that I should park in the street. I asked him for his name, he said his name was David. This clerk was always wearing his badge flip flopped. Finally, after literally begging the guy at the help button of the garage, and explaining what happens, and giving him the code verbally, he let us enter the garage. Apart from all the details mentioned above, the closet light has no cover, it did not look as elegant as the room was promised to be, and the lamp on the vanity was not working. I asked twice for the manager' s name so I could email or contact with the concerns.They never provided a name. Instead, they gave me a reception card with a generic email address. No person's name was there. I would like to add that the view of the tower is partial, another misleading promise to catch customers. What a lie. I am not planning to return to this location at al

Excellent stay

My daughter booked this aparthotel for us and her baby. She had visited 2 years ago with a friend. We will be leaving tomorrow after a 2 night stay. The hotel is very clean. We stayed in a studio apartment with twin beds. There is an adequate kitchenette with pans, plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Our room was facing the road but had absolutely no issue with any noise. There is plenty of hot water for a shower or a bath ( tip… change the button thing to shower mode BEFORE turning the water on or it won’t work!) The room keycard operates the lift…once inside the lift, tap the card thing before selecting the floor. The staff are courteous and friendly and sorted out the room so we could check in early. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.
