Good location, room okay but some issues need addressing.

Great view, location handy and comfortable bed. Gym basically a cupboard with a few weights, a cross-trainer and a stationary bike. Pool closed. Aircon in lounge sounded like a jet plane taking off all night, could not turn this off. Hallway light also stayed on all night because we couldn’t find any of the switches that worked to turn it off. Bathroom needs some maintenance, leaking water from shower (over bath) causing swelling to timber. Good setup in kitchen but nothing provided such a tea, coffee, milk or water so be prepared to head to the supermarket. Very close to one on the corner plus plenty of cafes and restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be walking distance to Eiffel Tower and only for a night or two.

If it was just about the view it's a 10, but every other aspect is a zero. Dishwasher didnt work and took 2 days of maintenance coming in and out during our stay to put in a new one that still only worked intermittently. Pool was closed but no signage or notification given nor any refund offered for lack of pool or dishwasher issues even after I had Expedia contact them. Incompetent staff. Garbage operation. Look elsewhere.

A very lovely hotel

Just returned home after our flying visit to Paris. We stayed here for one night on Saturday 14th Sept 2024. We checked into the hotel at 18:00. Had absolutely no problem with check in. They explained what room we was in and what elevator to get to take us there. We was on the 14th floor. This was a quiet room. No views of the tower but we didn’t pay for that so didn’t expect it to have good views. Upon opening the door. We was welcomed to a clean and tidy apartment. The beds were extremely comfy. The shower nice and hot. No problems with the room. The breakfast was a lovely continental style breakfast. Fantastic pastries. The guys/girls who were working the breakfast room did a great job of keeping everything topped up. A great little choice. Check out was easy aswell. No problems there. Overall I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. There is always room for improvement ;) Don’t stress about the previous bad reviews. It was during the Olympic Games so probs couldn’t cope. It is 100% worth using it as a base. 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. 50min walk to the arc de triumph. Walking is great for sight seeing. Paris has so much to look at.

Amazing views but make sure you get a high floor.

After reading reviews was a bit apprehensive. We initially had alot of teething problems . TV not working, AC in bedroom not working , telephone and safe not working . Went to reception but told No maintenance after 8 so had to wait until next day but TV and air conditioning did get fixed . No quilt/ sheet for second bed that pulls out from under sofa bed ( Didn't realise until too late so my son had to sleep with clothes on) Rooms should really be checked and obviously are not . This is not a cheap hotel and although we paid less than advertised prices still not sure it was worth it. Amazing views from corner room ( 23rd floor) Apartment was absolutely massive .Had E mailed in advance and also talked to receptionist and paid taxes when dropped bags at 11am but when we returned to check in at 8 pm room had not been allocated so a bit pointless and waste of time. ( Although requests for High floor with view. Twin sofa bed ( very clever design) were given ) . We.wanted to be near Eiffel tower as Paralympics events we were attending were near there but it is at least 10 mins to any metro RER. Monoprix with amazing cafe / bakery 5 mins and big shopping center and restaurants next to it. Ok if you can get a good deal. They should not advertise gym and pool as it was disgusting.Needs total renovation. Lifts were swift and free iced water and offer pastries in Lobby.

We stayed here just for one night earlier this month and it was faultless. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was kindly upgraded by a lovely reception supervisor, Mekki. When we walked into our apartment we were blonw away. 2 story apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower in every room. Very clean. Plenty of linen. Unfortunately, we were only staying for one night but would certainly love to return for a longer stay and really make the most of the apartment facilities.
