Few minor issues but I would stay again.

Stayed December 24 Great location with great views over Paris. Very close to the Eiffel tower, metro station, shopping centre and lots of cafes/ bistros. Room was pleasant, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Although some of the room started to show signs of wear and tear but this wasn't a deal breaker for me as it was a great base reasonably priced. Lobby staff were welcoming and friendly. Lobby always had security staff on duty. Restaurant for breakfast was good. Lots of variety catering for all. Contential options plus cooked options available which included an omelette station. Dinner in the evening was quite disappointing. Not in terms of food quality just initial service. Our order was taken but server failed to process the order to the kitchen so we waited almost an hour for our starters to arrive which wasn't right when they did eventually get to the table. Our mains then arrived halfway through our starters. The supervisor reduced our bill and apologised for the issues and I was satisfied they dealt with our issues. Maybe a new member of staff needing a bit of training? Bar areas were lovely and staff were very attentive. Overall a few tweaks for perfection but a pleasurable experience and I would give it ago again.

Fine and comfortable experience at this busy hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, room ok overall, although would benefit from refurbishing. Breakfast fine, fairly simple self service affair. Thank you for looking after me. Easy enough to get a taxi for onward travel.

Would love to give a 0 star if possible. Worst service staff I have see in a hospitality sector. From the receptionist to everybody was rude, obnoxious and borderline aggressive. A special mention about the restaurant staff. Have it to give it up for their sarcastic demeanour. If you want anything like salt and pepper their reply” Go get it yourself”. Novotel as a brand should really look into how this hotel is run before they run it to ground. The only reason it is running is because of the proximity to the attractions. If you are from some other country please avoid this place as it looks like they outright hate foreigners.

The worst i had get firstly from the rough recipient employer to the manger rooms very small not comfortable at all

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel tower and subway and bus stations. The staff is friendly and polite. I was also impressed with the security, there are many security staff, but they are very discreet and keep their distance so as not to disturb guests, but they are also very responsive if their intervention is needed. The breakfast was very tasty and full of choices, of course there was no shortage of delicious French food with omlettes, brioche/croissant and delicious French cheeses. The hotel is modern, very technological and very organized. Although the hotel is a big skyscraper, we never had to wait more than a few seconds for the elevators, thanks to their excellent system. Only the rooms are a bit spartan and need updating to fit in with the rest of the hotel's standart. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and will gladly return.
