The view from the balcony alone was enough to make the trip very special. We visited for our anniversary weekend and this hotel is in very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There are also lovely places to eat very close to the hotel with very good local food as well as more commercial places. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are lovely. Staff were very friendly throughout and also very helpful in offering advice, breakfast was great and the hotel has a very classy feel to it. But like I said, the view alone was a clincher for us and when we arrived we spent an hour sat there watching the Eiffel Tower lit up and it looked captivating.

10 day stay in the Pullman. Great location to walk or take metro to various places. The hotel has a nice bar area which also serves as the restaurant. Good quality breakfast with a lot of choice. Not top notch but comfortable. Just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine and well served by restaurants.

Not really worth the cost. And awful customer service. Not very helpful or accommodating. Location is near eiffel tower but not very central to Paris. If I will never book a reservation here again better rooms for less money at many other locations.

Great location, right next to the Eiffel Tower, we stayed in the Junior Suite and it was perfect, buffet breakfast was great, great food quality and selection. I had been writing to tie hotel prior to arriving, some of the responses on my initial emails were not so helpful, however when we arrived very early, they were able to accomodate our request for early check in which was greatly appreciated after a long flight! We even got a room with a view of the tower which was amazing!! Hotel staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!!

Over charged and tiny room/beds

I over looked how small the rooms and bed was. But now I get home and they doible charge me for the hotel stay. You cannot call them because their menu says press 2 for english and does nothing other than repeat the menu 3 times and hang up on you. $2,204 is a lot of money to have made a mistake on. Now they are un-reachable. Now I guess the bank is the next step. Air BnB or other similar type buisness would be my recomendations. I loved being searched by the police near daily because the Austrailian embassy is next door and had upped security during my stay.
