The hotel has been unreachable for any communication after I made rge reservation. I had to cancel my trip to Paris because of the ongoing protests. But the stony silence from the hotel on the refunds. I have called them multiple number of times on international numbers, sent a million emails to no avail. The hotel just seems to be a commercial money, making building with no sympathy for tourists, putting their time in money into affording their expensive rooms.

Staff are lovely. Our room was dirty, toilet seat and bath were in a ridiculous condition would accept it in a lower star hotel, really had high expectations for this hotel but was really let down. When we arrived to our hotel room corridor had rubbish scattered on the floor. It’s a alright location unless you want into city centre. I requested a nice view and got a room the had no view at all. Breakfast was decent, very average. For the status and price of this hotel I expected a lot but was really let down. We planned this trip for an anniversary.

Over priced for what it is Air con not switched on until summer. Room unbearably hot at 25 degrees. Bathroom cramped with no counter space. No drawers or shelves for clothing. Nescafé powder coffee no coffee machine No usb sockets Fridge not cold. No complimentary water. Stay elsewhere

The room was spacious, the breakfast was really good, the staff was really great, very helpful. The hotel is located 100 m from the Eiffel Tower, and quite easy to reach with taxi. Even though I am platinum i was not offered an upgrade nor the welcome drink. I also was upset with the check in check out which took for ever, 30 mn to check in, after a long flight is totally unacceptable.

I booked one night at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel for time to love package that included a bottle of champagne, breakfast, and a welcome gift upon arrival. Well, upon arrival the room was not available, the receptionist requested to come back later time. The check in time listed on their website shows 15:00, however they texted to me that my room was available at 16:24. What made this stay worse was that the nothing was set up inside the room. No champagne, no welcome gift, and not even greet by their guest relations. Since I was planning on proposing to my girl friend at this hotel with the view of Tour Eiffel, I sent an email to their hotel email address “h7229@accor.com” well in advance to notify the special occasion. However, I didn’t receive any reply and when I asked Hotel GM contact from their receptionist, he gave me the same email address. If you stay at this hotel, you are just paying top dollar for a view of Tour Eiffel. I would recommend staying at other hotels for a better customer experience and just see the Tour Eiffel by cruise sightseeing.
