Great location. Staff very friendly but rooms tiny! We had a twin room thankfully weather was dry so didn’t have to spend much time in the room. Shower room very cramped .

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at the end of August in 3 rooms in a row. The rooms were adequate, but I agree with other reviewers - the bathrooms are ridiculously tiny and the rooms hot. My daughter found bed bugs crawling on her sheets early on the second morning. On closer inspection there were more under the mattress and a dead one on the floor. Although we understand this has been a problem in Paris, the way the management have handled this has been TERRIBLE. They said they could offer no refund and we would have to speak to the hotel’s insurer. I would have thought an immediate refund would have been a given, but no… have now sent numerous emails and no response from anyone since 2nd September, despite them promising their insurance company would be in touch and initial apologies. We’ve spent so much time and effort trying to decontaminate our belongings and still waiting for any sort of compensation for the significant costs we have incurred - not to mention the psychological impact and ruined holiday. This entire situation could have been handled by Ibis so much better. We haven’t left a review until now as I really hoped they’d sort it out and wanted to give them a chance, but writing this in desperation

We paid about £600 for four nights including breakfast for 2 people. The first room we were booked into had not been cleaned and was left dirty with last people's bedding and rubbish. We complained and got moved to another room on the same floor which had a better view and was clean. The room sizes are small and the single beds are short and narrow so if your over 6ft or larger size be aware. Breakfast was fine usual ibis breakfast.

The hotel is brilliantly located for a short walk to the Eiffel Tour and very close to Cambronne metro station for easy access to the rest of Paris. Small yet pleasant room with large window and tiny bathroom. Breakfast and restaurant area is nice. Sorry to say such a typically English thing, but the hotel wasn't able to rustle up an English breakfast cup of tea (even though they had the teabags at breakfast time) - but take your own teabags and they would happily put some boiling water on it! Staff were pleasant and efficient, and helped when our keys stopped working. TV had English channels and a few other languages too.

The hotel is in a great area for visiting major attractions, about a 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Check in was very quick and straightforward. Disappointing that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room Also disappointing there was no safe in the room. Didn’t realise you had to request to get towels changed and room cleaned, we were only there 2 nights so wasn’t too much of an issue. We had booked a room with a tower view and were delighted with the view from our room.
