10/15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower area. Fast checkin (went at 2:30 but room not available but that’s to be expected so went back at 3pm). Room good and clean. Only negatives were no milk for the tea/coffe in the room - didn’t have time to go and ask for any as had to check out. Also someone opened our room and started to come in unannounced at 0830 - tried to call reception but the room phone didn’t work. Called via mobile and they said it was housekeeping - no warning though and they walked straight in to my child in bed who was frightened by a stranger suddenly appearing. Otherwise happy with the stay.

Terrible business stay. Rooms are poor with no mirror near a plug socket to style hair, poor lighting making it hard to work or put makeup on in room. Bathroom floor floods due to poorly fitted shower screen. No iron in room and impossible to get one when requested. Long queues for breakfast. No bottled water provided in rooms. Room located next to families with small children that woke early and were noisy…. Not a problem as I was awake early for work but why locate business travellers next to families? If traveling for business I would stay elsewhere… worst Novotel I ever stayed in.

Poor experience The hotel bar was full of flies - I’ve the ceiling walls - just awful - I spoke toner of staff and they had nothing to say My room was poorly laid out and I had the mini fridge light flash all night - I complained and was told we will try and fix it - no concern that I had been kept awake all night - no compensation for a 650 euro 2 night stay - poor!

Short stay ok, more than two days? Forget about it.

Terrible experience. I worked in hospitality for 15 years and I expected decent customer service but met with sub par. All calls are routed to the front desk so if they’re busy with more than 3 people on line they will hang up on you. Extra sheets etc anything extra at all that you may need, they are sold out and you will be denied your requests. The shampoo etc that comes with room will not be refilled. Shower door does not seal the water and will leak to the floor so use the tub instead. You walk in your room and it’s an oven and will need 6+ hours to get comfortable. Toilet is separate from a sink so if you the type that just pull your pants up after doing your business and just pretend you didn’t touch anything dirty then it’s perfect for you. On the other hand some good things, great location, has a couple of tasty restaurants close by, convenience stores and pharmacies. Good thing it’s only a two day stay for me.
