Everything was so good, but the only thing was the rooms were too small. Our room was clean and the service was well as well. However, the choices for meals in breakfast was a little short so basically we had the same breakfast for 4 days.

Very nice, very clean and very well located. Reception staff were helpful and breakfast had a good selection. Our view from our room was superb - overlooking the Seine and west Paris. Only 4 stars because the mattress was very hard and we both ended up with backache after 2 nights, and the bathroom shower is so tiny it is almost impossible to get into.

Do not stay in this hotel because many reasons 1.when you call no body answer 2.if they answer they will not help you 3.high price 4.long queue for reciption 5.simpl breakfast one day honey available another day coffee machine problem everyday something wrong 6.room dirty for long time 7. furniture need fixing

Great location 15 minute walk to Tower. Surprisingly luxurious first impressions when entering. Pleasant room on 26th floor with city views. Excessively warm room but offered another or a fan. (Took fan as we loved the window veiw). Good shower and a seperate toilet room within our room. Nice staff. Good choice at breakfast with orderly well controlled short queue, well managed by friendly staff. Baggage room for early arriver/late leavers. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

I had read some previous reviews and was dubious about staying, however decided to go ahead and was not let down. This hotel was perfect for what I needed, which was basically a place to stay over new year. The greeting could have been a little warmer, but when I had an issue with me key card,it couldn’t have been dealt with in a better way by a lovely gentlemen who dealt with our request politely and was very cheerful. The location is fantastic! I’d agree with other reviews that the rooms need some work, seems not to have had a refurbishment for a little while. It might be worth considering mugs rather than paper cups for hot drinks. All in all I enjoyed my stay, thank you.
