Amazing stay at the hotel, concierge was incredibly helpful with making reservations at nice restaurants, booking tours for both the Louvre and Versailles. Also a very quiet and peaceful stay in the room, so really no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel with fabulous staff who go over and above to make your stay enjoyable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Requested an ironing board at reception-it was there before we even got up to the room. Ordered the romantic package and the Paris memories package both were fantastic and well presented. Lovely personal touch with hand written notes. Lots of little extras and nice surprises when we returned to our room. Room toiletries were high standard balmain brand. We felt thoroughly spoiled and refreshed. Hotel bar and restaurant were superb. Housekeeping did a super job daily. Front of house staff could not have been kinder more helpful or pleasant to interact with. Late checkout was not an issue and no request for additional payment. The location is ideal for sightseeing, many attractions with in walking distance and metro station very nearby. I would choose this hotel again and again and thanks to this experience will be looking for the Sofitel brand on my future travels.

We stayed 3 nights in February 2025. We were originally given Room 314 which was very pokey for a superior room. We complained and asked to move and were given a pleasant larger room with a small balcony. The reception staff were very helpful, especially Liza who recommended some good local restaurants. Our chambermaid Ouiza was also exceptionally helpful.

Fantastic and friendly staff with great attention to detail. Rooms are very comfortable and on site restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good. Bar is quaint with more excellent service. The staff overall cannot do enough for you to enjoy your stay. Location is fantastic.
