Not the first time I have been here. In fact, this was the corporate hotel back for my ex-company and I can see why this place was chosen. Clean, modern rooms, good service, and very conveniently located right smack next to the BTS ploen chit station and in the city center as well. keep it up! This is definitely my first choice hotel whenever I'm in Bangkok!

Great relaxed bar with live music on weekends, Great food and even better service by staff especially Poupae! 🙏 Came here for one drink and ended up here most afternoons! Definitely will be back next trip!

The best place to stay while you are in BKK. Just a few steps away from BTS Ploenchit. Very easy access, close to the main shopping mall SIAM. We can enjoy some beers at the beer bar downstairs with a great live music companion. The pool was quiet during the afternoon time, and the shower room at the fitness center was huge and had a long chair which was good for those who had late flights.

AC Struggled during daytime, Wifi very bad, Exec Lounge average --- but everything else good.

This hotel has a great location, next to BTS As well as near a few shops and restaurants. Room was an upgraded Junior Suite and had a lot of room, great view, nice bed and bathroom. Seemed to have too much open space and could have used some other furniture, maybe Table and a better chair. The Air Conditioning struggled during they daytime and it was HOT.... not happy about that, but it was not something that was able to be fixed. I tried several times and they came up to the room, but the temp never got lower than mid 20's during the daytime... at night no problem getting down to 22 or 21 if needed. Wifi was also really bad, 20 download but intermittently working well. Thailand does have hotels with good wifi, so they should fix this problem... business travelers are going to have a tough time. I also had executive lounge access, and I found that very low quality. Snacks were just not worth anything. I don't drink alcohol, so that was not helpful to me, but the food was lower than what I expected. Definitely not worth the upcharge for this.
