예전에 이비스에서 머물렀을 때 편해서, 이비스 버짓을 선택했는데 차이가 많았다. 예약 시에는 전혀 몰랐는데, 도로 공사로 인해서 호텔까지 가는 길이 상당히 불편했다. 미리 손님들에게 안내를 해 주는 게 좋을 것 같다. 이비스 버짓은 출입구가 주차장 쪽에 있어서 헤맸고, 체크인과 짐 보관은 이비스에 가서 해야 했다. 와봤던 곳임에도 시간을 많이 허비했다. 그리고 지내는 동안, 룸 정리에 불만이 있었다. 1박 후 청소를 하지 않겠다고 손잡이에 걸었더니 수건도 교체해 주지 않아서 직접 가서 받았다. 남은 숙박 기간도 그렇게 해야 하냐고 물으니 청소하시는 분에게 직접 주고받으라고 했다. 2박 후 청소하지 말라고 손잡이에 걸고 외출을 하고 돌아오니, 수건이 교체되어 있었다. 아무도 안 들어올 거라고 생각했는데 누가 들어왔다 가서 당황했다. 3박 후에도 똑같이 했다. 그런데 이 날은 수건 교체가 되어 있지 않았다. 그래서 리셉션에 가서 1장을 받았다. 대체 규칙을 모르겠다. 이 점이 매우 불편했다. 그리고 수건에서 냄새가 난다.
