Door locking means I wouldn’t feel safe to stay here again

The room was fine, very clean. Exactly what you would expect from an Accor property. Could do with a bin in the bedroom. The breakfast wasn’t great - wouldn’t be worth paying for if it isn’t included in the price but fine as it was free. Easy to get to from the train station, the reception said the park was safe to walk through at night (but I chose not to) The reason I have rated it so low was for the safety of the room. There is obviously a problem with the electronic locking of the room doors, it gets stuck. Both mornings I could not open the door to my room, it took a couple of minutes of trying to get it to open - which in an emergency seems very unsafe! The staff obviously know about this problem (both the morning receptionist and the nightlight receptionist) as I also had difficulty getting into the room a couple of times with the card and had to ask for help. When I mentioned that I had also got stuck in the room all I got was a ‘yes’. It did not make for a relaxing sleep on the second night. I would choose to stay at Ibis budget in future just not this ibis budget.

Hot water? Forget about it...

Stay July 19-20. No hot water in the room (some planned works) as reported by the hotel: - he didn't bother to inform me when booking, -he didn't bother to inform me when checking in. They knew perfectly well that this was the situation, but they didn't say anything. The fait accompli method. Hot water was supposed to be available at 6 p.m. on July 19, but it appeared only the next morning. The staff was apologetic, but what good is that to me? Not being able to take a shower in 30-degree heat is not nice. I rented a room because I was picking up my daughter from summer camp. She had traveled for several hours and couldn't even wash herself properly. Great... Sorry, it solved everything. The room itself was clean, but the size and equipment were spartan. I know it's a "budget" option, but I've visited several such hotels and this one was exceptional in this respect, but not in a positive way. What else? Television is a hit - 5 channels, 2 of which were impossible to watch (they were snowing), and 3 were watchable, but also in average quality at best.

このたびはクラクフに移動する前夜の宿泊でした。ワルシャワ空港からもタクシーで2400円くらいで、ワルシャワ西駅からも近くて便利でした。フロントはとても誠実で親切でした。朝ごはんも十分で充実しています。部屋は清潔できれいでした。ドライヤーなどは部屋には備え付けてはありませんでした。
