Dear Tomohiro, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, particularly with the electrical issues, TV, Wi-Fi connection, and elevator. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location and the kindness of our staff. However, we sincerely apologize that the facilities did not meet your expectations and that these issues affected your stay. Regarding the elevator, we are currently working on resolving the issue and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially having to carry your luggage up the stairs.
