Very good stay. I am used to be at Novotel Centrum in Warsaw and always the service is excellent. This time also I really appreciated the support by Weronika that was able to apply for a free early check-in. In fact I arrived at 8:00am after a long flight from Beijing and really I needed for entering my room for a shower and a rest. Thank you Weronika!

Short break in Warsaw.

Fantastic hotel, great location & views over the city, excellent breakfast, free upgrade as I'm Gold Card member, wonderful staff especially Zuzanne who made my room up and added a lovely message on the mirror to celebrate my retirement from work.

Great experience from the moment we went in. Receptionist, Patricia, was helpful, smiling, and to the point with all we needed to know. We were very pleased with the way we were greeted and served. Well, great view from the room, have a look. Room cosy, clean and well equipped.Great food, really worth trying and lovation of the hotel, could not be better.
