Good location, Very bad experience. Despite of the fact that we have prepaid stay for 2 rooms, they impolitely ask us to pay the second room for my daughters again. After discussion with our travel agency at the evening they agreed to transfer our payment from the morning back. No compensation. But more important - no excuse. at the end of our stay they not supported with leaving the hotel and ordering taxi with excuse that they have marathon run at the town. They refused to call for the taxi, but was ready we to use there hotel car. Maybe now some manager or AI will answer me with some clever and polite explanation, : ) But, I have my experience and explanation. Hotel rooms are clean. Hotel bar is good and with good service. I work with Polish company and regularly visit Warsaw. If you need accommodation at that good area of the city is better to visit some close hotel like Intercontinental, Merrcure Kurcha, Palace Pologana.

This hotel is beautiful. It is in an excellent location. We walked everywhere. So many restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is very clean. Our room was excellent. The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was great. I felt that the restaurant staff wasn't very friendly. I felt like I was intruding whenever I asked for something.

Fantastice hotel! Staff were really helpful, especially Grzegorz. Good view, clean room, and proximity to old town & shopping/dining area. If you are looking for a place that is budget and family friendly, this place definitely would be my recommendation.

I'm happy to recommend this hotel.

I keep going back to this hotel because it is consistently above average. 7 of us stayed in various room types from cosy, budget friendly rooms to Junior Suites and we were all happy with our rooms. The staff are great and the rooms are accurately described. I love that every room has a walk in shower. The location is great with the central train, metro and bus stations all within a 10 minute walk and there are plenty of local and multinational cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. My only criticisms are that they could make the restaurant menu more expansive (I couldn't add cheese to my burger) and replace the towels which are well worn.

It is a nice and modern hotel. And a very good location for any business people. Breakfast was excellent with good service! The only downside was that the room was a little tight for me and a little bit of street noise at night. That’s all. Other than that I have no complaint at all.
