Pros: *Room - Room was clean. There were no bugs or rodents. Bed was comfortable. There were multiple power outlets. Room temperature system worked well. We did not feel too hot or cold in the room during the December. *Hotel floor included a water dispenser, so we could refill water bottles and use it in the included room water kettle. *Breakfast buffet had some delicious food. *Location is close to a tram station. Cons: *Thin windows - We can easily hear the traffic outside. *A large part of the breakfast buffet area is cramped. There wasn't much space to maneuver between tables. I think this is a decent hotel to stay in for a couple nights.

pros:(1) friendly staff (2) free fresh fruit at front desk (3) i am grateful for a quiet place to rest cons: (1) air conditioning did not work so room was hot , maintenance tried to help but room remained hot (2) shower tap is back to front so the cold side gives you hot water and the hot side gives you could water (3) nearby trams not currently working so you have to rely on taxis or buses for transport (4) there is no airport shuttle, hotel does offer a taxi to airport but the taxi they ordered was too small for us and we had to beg and wait for a larger one

I love coming back to Mercure Airport hotel, not only because good location parking, bar and restaurant (very good meals), but also because of great staff, professional, full of energy and helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, we called the hotel which arranged the taxi transfer - it worked perfectly- especially that we landed after 10 pm. The taxi arrived within minutes and it took over 10 min to reach the hotel. Check in was the most informative I had in years- especially for the night shift. The suite we booked was spacious and had two bathrooms so my husband and I used one each without waiting for each other turns - perfect. It had two TV, two safes and two wardrobes too, tea coffee making facilities. Suite was overlooking the parking and really quiet at night. I got welcome snack for my gold membership waiting for me in the room which does not always happen at Mercure. Hotel is functional and practical but not luxury - it reminded me how Mercure hotels are in Germany. Windows fully open. When we were there it was 10 degrees in May so room was freezing, especially at night and aircon blew only cold air despite temperature settling set to 25 so we switched it off not to make matters worse. Bedding is synthetic and pillows are not great. Water stations in various settings are available at the corridors. We took uber but there are trams available to the city centre. Overall though it was good value stay and I would recommend the hotel if you prefer to be closer to the airport.

I booked this hotel because it was affordable, near the airport and it said there was a free airport shuttle. To reserve the shuttle, it said to send an email, so I did. The reply said there was no shuttle. I needed to call the hotel when I was ready to be picked up and they would arrange a taxi. Since my phone plan costs 25 cents per minute (appx 1 Zloty) I decided not to call. Instead, I took the train from the airport. It worked out pretty well. It's about a 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel. Unfortunately there were stairs at the station, but I managed with my bags. The hotel is very basic and the room is small. However, it's clean and quiet. This is a reasonable place to stay for 1 night after a long flight.
