Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience regarding the refrigerators in your rooms. Please note that, in an effort to reduce our environmental impact, the refrigerators remain turned off when the rooms are unoccupied and the units are empty. This helps us minimize unnecessary energy consumption and support our sustainability goals. Each refrigerator has a notice explaining this policy, along with instructions on how to switch it on using the button located inside the unit.
