Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience following your recent stay at the Mercure Warszawa Centrum. We appreciate your positive remarks regarding the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the efficient check-in process. However, we regret to inform you that microwave is not a standard amenity provided in our rooms. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by street noise and fireworks during your stay. We understand how important a peaceful environment is for our guests. Please be informed that as the hotel in very centre of the town we are also in the centre of city life, and it can happened that will be a little louder than in the outskirts. Your feedback has been noted, and we will continue to strive to enhance our guests' experiences.
