My experience in the Mercure Hotel has been fantastic. I would especially like to highlight two members of staff Beata and Rusiana who went above and beyond in order to help me out with various tasks. They were exceptional professional, warm and a credit to the hotel. A huge thank you to them both.

I had one week of conferences with my company, Airbus. I would like to thank the all hotel staff for their professional duties and for welcome us, feeling like at home. The rooms and the lobby + restaurant are very clean. The breakfast was exceptional with all different healthy possibilites to eat, and I would like to thankl especially, Mr. Grzegorz and Mrs. Beate +all the resstaurant staff. The reception is also very competent ands helpfull for several personnal cases, and I would like to thanks Mrs. Agata and her staff. Easy to visit the Polsih Capital, all very close. 5!!! Patricia is a true ambassador for the customer experience. I inadvertently left my converter, in today’s world, this is a true emergency!! Patricia took time to build a solution for me connecting three adapters to connect my phone. I am the Director of Operations for a luxury Hilton property and I know when a team member goes above and beyond with the right hospitable attitude of making it right for the guest.Patricia is a true asset on your team and you are lucky to have her. Not Par. Agent booked a standard room which is small. I went to reception and asked if there is a premium room available and I am willing to pay the difference. He looked and seems to find one and asked his colleague in polish. Then he said no room available. We are sold out. Ok, this can happen. An hour later, I went to Accor website and saw a premium available for nights within I am staying. I wonder why they refused for higher price. ☹️
