This is a very nice hotel, but the best part about it has to be their front desk staff. I was very impressed by Ruslana, Patrycja, and Olga, who did a superb job of representing their hotel. They all had excellent English skills, and were very patient in dealing with my requests for assistance on various matters. Thank you!

I stayed here for 2 nights while on a tour. It is located near the city center and about a 30 minute walk to old town. I was in a single room which was small, but I expected that. The room was clean and comfortable. The first day, I could not get the room cooled down. However, I figured it out on the second day. The breakfast buffet was decent.

Very well located, comfortable hotel. The room was clean, neat and had everything you would need. We found the service really good and price was excellent. Didn't get breakfast, but did use the bar which was a bit overpriced. Overall I recommend staying here

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions in a week. The first stay was in a Standard King Room. The room was large, roomy and clean. The chairs at the desk had no base strapping to when seated, you recede into the chair making it hard to get out of. Standard Rooms have limited amenities such as no body lotion etc. Rooms felt very tired and were in dire need for an update. Our second stay was in a 'Privilege' room, the highest category before the apartments. These rooms are larger but have the same tired furnishings. The addition of an Espresso machine was welcome. Room condition was appalling. Wooden floors are loose, buckling and uneven. Carpet has seen better days. To be honest the Standard Room was in better condition than the Privilege Room. Hotel breakfast was good, nice variety of items, but most dishes including eggs have cheese on them, something I dislike as someone who is lactose intolerant. There was no consistency with the omelet station. Sometimes it was there, sometimes it wasn't. And when it was, it just appeared and then disappeared without any indication as the why or when it would be there. One final strange thing. Upon arrival I expected to provide a credit card for incidentals as I prepaid the hotel accommodation. They never took and imprint of the card and I was unable to charge back anything to my room forcing me to leave the restaurant to go to the front desk with my card so they could take a preauthorization.

Rooms are pretty standard normal hotel rooms. Bonus points for a good hard bed as well as one of the best rain showers I’ve had with good water pressure. Also the two bottles you could fill in the corridor water dispenser with cold still or sparkling water was nice. Minus points points for strong cleaning parfume in the room which made eyes burns after house keeping as well as the need to change towels every day when used. Breakfast is pretty standard, the table cleaners could use more english training, now they seemed mostly lost when trying to communicate with them. The bar had a good selection of drinks, menu was on the short side though but there are good options in the surroundings, recommend them more.
