High points: good housekeeping (thanks Nadia!), good location, good food in the restaurant, good air raid shelter.👍 Low points: wifi often uselessly slow (except, oddly, in air raid shelter), restaurant should printed menus available upon request. 😠 (For the hotel to call it ecological is a dishonest excuse with so much other disposable paper, including placemats. Menus are a far better use of paper, and using smartphones at the dinner table is not terribly good etiquette!)

I know the hotel for many years now and selected It as it is well located closed to the bus and Railway station. The breakfast was delicious as usual. The stay was good despite the numerous air alerts.

Arrived during an air attack but despite this was given a warm welcome. Excellent food in the restaurant that evening. Good to know - the hotel has an air raid shelter to use during air attacks, a large generator runs during power cuts and is able to keep one of the three elevators and the HVAC system running. Your staff really make this a great hotel to visit during difficult times.
