入住第二天下午的时候，没有人敲门，一位女士带着3位男士就直接刷卡进了房间，当我们问要干什么的时候，女士只说了客房服务就走了，一句道歉都没有，且他们刷卡进来的时候没有敲门也没有拿任何工具，让我们对安全非常非常担心
