前台小姐服务态度冷漠。 厨房里面东西根本 就不齐，连最基本的物品都不备； 推荐的那个停车场，停车收费巨贵。2天收接近80欧元； 附近根本 就没有超市，离得至少2km. 当时在携程上订的是三大成人和一个十五岁儿童的家庭房，其实根本 就不满足，最后就是那个破沙发床打开凑成一个床，睡着巨不舒服。 第二天根本 就没有人打扫卫生，也不给补上胶囊咖啡。 洗碗机的液体也不备。所以第二天我们就没有给他们洗那些水杯和碗。

Dear Lihua S., Thank you for sharing your stay experience. We sincerely apologize for the issues you mentioned regarding the service attitude, insufficient kitchen supplies, and cleaning services. We would like to inform you, that we offer many kitchen items in our object library in case you miss something in the kitchen in your room. We offer a discounted parking tickets for 30eur instead of 40eur a day (public price). As we are an Aparthotel we do not offer a daily cleaning, but we provide clenaing services on request. The coffee capsules you found in your room are a welcome package. You can easily purchase new capsules in our shop.
