Dear Konstantinos, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased that you found our accommodations spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. All our suites are designed to provide ample space at 30 m² / 323 sq ft, ensuring a relaxing stay for our guests. However, we sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered during your stay. We regret that our breakfast service did not meet your expectations. Our team is reviewing your comments to improve our breakfast offerings as we do our utmost to ensure that guest preferences are met. Regarding the refrigerator in your suite, we will have our maintenance team inspect and address any malfunctions. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the temporary elevator issue. Our staff works diligently to resolve such problems promptly to minimise disruption to our guests. Nonetheless, we are glad you appreciated the convenient location of our establishment. Being just 100 meters from the Vorgartenstraße Underground Station allows our guests easy access to Vienna's city center and attractions. We are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location, situated just a short underground ride from the heart of Vienna, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. However, we understand your concerns regarding the cost of the parking facility. While we strive to provide convenient parking options, we recognize that the pricing may not meet every guest's expectations. Moreover, we regret to hear that the cleanliness in shared areas fell short of our usual standards; this is certainly not reflective of our commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment. We also acknowledge that the layout of the bathroom in your suite may not have met your expectations. Our suites are designed to offer comfort, but we appreciate your feedback regarding the design choices. Additionally, we apologize if the selection of welcome drinks did not cater to your preferences.
