We are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location, situated just a short underground ride from the heart of Vienna, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. However, we understand your concerns regarding the cost of the parking facility. While we strive to provide convenient parking options, we recognize that the pricing may not meet every guest's expectations. Moreover, we regret to hear that the cleanliness in shared areas fell short of our usual standards; this is certainly not reflective of our commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment. We also acknowledge that the layout of the bathroom in your suite may not have met your expectations. Our suites are designed to offer comfort, but we appreciate your feedback regarding the design choices. Additionally, we apologize if the selection of welcome drinks did not cater to your preferences.
