Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the shortcomings you encountered. The condition of your room and the issues with cleanliness in the breakfast area are unacceptable and fall far below the standards we strive to uphold. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and food & beverage teams to ensure these matters are addressed and rectified promptly. Waiting 30 minutes for coffee and returning to an unserviced room are experiences that no guest should have to face. Additionally, we regret that the interaction with our reception team left a negative impression. Please know that we will be reinforcing training with our staff to improve service efficiency and professionalism. It’s encouraging to hear that our maintenance team was able to assist you effectively. We will pass along your kind words to the individual who reset your safe. Your experience is not reflective of the guest experience we aim to provide, and we deeply regret that we were unable to deliver the level of quality you expected.
