We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our central location, the design of our rooms, and the kindness of our team. At the same time, we are truly sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you expected. In particular, we sincerely apologize for the housekeeping issues, including missing towels and the occasion when your room was not serviced. We also regret the cleanliness concerns you encountered, such as the fingerprints, ceiling stain, and stains on the sofa. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with our relevant teams for follow-up. We are equally concerned about your experience with the breakfast and room service. We fully understand the importance of correctly communicating and respecting dietary requirements, and we sincerely apologize for the incorrect information you received regarding the Egg Royale. 除了地理位置好，房间内部设施仅好看，但完全不实用，水池下水慢，淋浴很局促。为了早餐的风景来，但是酒店临时装修没有开放，且没有任何补偿。

酒店地理位置很好， 走路到市中心方便。 酒店的设施还是比较新， 但是维护不到位。 比如1006房间的窗帘合不上， 沐浴露的瓶子是坏的，洗澡时挤不出沐浴露，洗澡的花洒只能固定在下方， 放到上面大小不合适， 放不上去。 1002房间， 保险箱门板是损坏的， 没有维修。 服务打5分， 反应速度很快， 及时的有人过来查看。 但是， 帮我修窗帘的， 直接穿鞋踩在了我的桌面上， 我的洗漱用品还在旁边。 修完走的时候台子也没有清理， 还有鞋子踩的污渍， 只能我自己清理。

酒店地段相当好，入住当天赶上酒店一个月一次的DJ PARTY，上去小喝了一杯，随着音乐，非常的放松；早餐在顶楼，风景绝美；前台热情，第二天赶早班机，细心的准备了饮料和水果。

酒店房间非常整洁，而且很宽敞，就是洗澡的时候隔离玻璃太透明了，有点尴尬😅，酒店所处位置也非常方便日常出行，如果下次来维也纳还会选择这家酒店。
