Cheap Budget hotel disguised and priced as a 4 star

This is a budget hotel disguised as a 4 star hotel. The pillows are not fluffy, the rain shower does not work. The curtains can barely close the windows totally and the aircon does not work so choose between blinding morning lights at 6am in summer or a stuffy room. There is hardly equipment at the gym. Ask for an iron and had to carry it up myself. Counter staff was rude and asked why we did not inform them of changes when we clearly did and they did not act on it. Will not recommend. Totally not worth the price.

Only stayed there 2 days because SO/ was unavailable for our first 2 days in Vienna and this was one of the closest hotels. But we're not coming back. We got a very bad corner room, which wasn't especially clean. The bathroom was very small and had a bathtub, despite the pictures online showing a walk in shower. The breakfast was poor with a very basic choice of low quality food. Location is OK withing 15 minutes walking distance from the center.

Rooms were convenient, especially bathtab is large enough to relax legs. Easy chair beside the bed is confortable. Decoration is neat and classy. Breakfast offer choices of delicate cheeses and smoked salmon . Staffs are welcoming, warm and quick. Location is near the cannel where night shops are many to dine.

This hotel was a nice surprise for us! First of all, every single employee (and I really mean EVERYONE) treat us super well, friendly, professional and tried to do an extra mile to make us fell comfortable (special mention to the guys at reception who spoiled our kids with treats more than once 😀). Breakfast was really good with lots of options and even the possibility of making your own fresh juice. Location was not super central but it was very convenient for walks along the Danube river promenade and the public transport brings you to any major tourist attraction very fast. The hotel really delivered and overcome our expectations.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre and public transportation, which is only 3 min walking. Staff were very helpful and friendly and kept our bags in the storage room before check-in. The room was clean and nice with modern furniture. We didn't get breakfast but offered free hot beverages in the lobby. The city centre was good for shopping and testing food and coffee . We don't advise cakes whixk are very dry for our tests . Try classic dessert 🍨 🥧.
