Rooms service cleaning vise really dirty they didn’t clean our room for 2 days No toilet paper not recommended for hygiene Location is very good near underground very close to all ve trap spots like museums I high recommend for location but hygiene vise rooms extremely terrible

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful with a mistake about the payment that was made possibly by me. They resolved the issue in very short time. Highly appreciated. Although the hotel was full they were able to assist us with everything.

I had a 4 night stay at this good hotel with helpful staff. Excellent location near to the Danube, a short walk from both an underground station and from Wien-Mitte, where the airport trains get in. Room was pleasantly, though not luxuriously furnished, had both a kettle and a fridge, and the bathroom was very good with a powerful shower. The hotel appeared to have a restaurant which I would have loved to try, but I never saw anyone in it, and there was no menu on display in the lobby. Odd - and I think the management is missing a trick here.

The hotel is good and is quite basic . Rooms are clean but small and the staff are friendly. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The breakfast is quite basic but adequate. The location is good with good access to local transport. Check is quick but couldn’t check out early.

This hotel has been excellent for me. I stayed there during the summer and it was a very positive experience, and I stayed again in September and it was equally impressive. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, Chantal was very kind and her colleagues were too. Great location, very comfortable rooms, great facilities and everything for a fine stay. I’ll be returning for sure. Many thanks to everybody there!
