A one day short stay, decent room for the price value. Room service was poor , could have been better. had to send repeated reminders for TV, Plates, Ash tray etc etc. The bf buffet was just about average. There were only 2 people attending and the wait for any item was too long. omelet ordered took ages to come, maybe the people went shopping for eggs. No service for the tea cups, long waits and the people at the restaurant were least bothered. Sad :-(

I had the pleasure of dining at spice it recently and I must say that Sachin Service was exceptional.from the moment we walked in Sachin greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home.he was attentive throughout our meal,ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed.

The Accor app mentioned that 3 people could stay in the room. We called and asked for an extra bed to which the attendant responded that we will make the arrangements upon your arrival. At the time of the arrival, the reception informed that extra beds isn't possible and we will have to take another room. They were unempathic about the wrong information given on the Accor App or by the call attendant. We had 3 rooms - AC in one of the room took 2-3 hours to cool the room. The elevator stank of cigarettes.

Our usual choice is Ibis, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. My recent stay on 23/24th Nov'23 was not a "that satisfying" experience.

A) It was corporate booking thru HRS, clearly indicating it was a "Non-smoking" in the HRS confirmation. However at check-in at the reception, I was simply "informed" that it would be a smoking zone floor. I assumed that smoking is permitted inside rooms only. However, when i entered the floor (6th floor) from the lift, the smoke smell was nauseating and too much to bear. Smoke from the floor corridors entered my allotted room (611) thru the openings all around the 611's closed door and got trapped inside my room. B) The "Guest services" words next to the button on the room phone is too small to be visible and i had to guess that it was the button to call for services. Pl see if you can increase font size for that button marking.
