2 krotnie musiałem prosić na recepcji o żelazko, gdyż było one zabierane z mojego pokoju podczas housekeeping'u. Karta do mojego pokoju 2 krotnie przestała działać. Za 2 razem ponowne zaprogramowanie kary przez recepcję nie pomogło i musiałem czekać aż ktoś przyjdzie otworzyć mi drzwi. Podczas śniadania byliśmy świadki krzyków i huku dobiegającego z kuchni, prawdopodobnie bójki między pracownikami. Ostatniego dnia pobytu, po jedzeniu wystawionym na śniadaniu widać już było oznaki starości i psucia. Warzywa i owoce były zeschnięte, a nawet trafiło się smarowidło do chleba, od którego czuć było kwasem. Po śniadaniu ostatniego dnia, dopadły nas problemy żołądkowe i ostatni dzień pobytu w Dubaju, już w innym hotelu, musieliśmy spędzić na walce z symptomami.

The delay with the iron, the repeated issues with your room key, and the noise coming from the kitchen during breakfast are unacceptable, and we are addressing each of these points directly with the teams involved. We are especially concerned about your comments regarding the breakfast experience, both the condition of the food and the health symptoms that followed. This is deeply troubling, and we take such matters very seriously. We are conducting a thorough investigation with our F&B and hygiene teams to ensure all safety protocols are being strictly followed.
