Great location across from Dubai mall with some restaurants in and around the hotel and even a small supermarket which was ideal. The restaurant food and staff were actually very good. The 1 bedroom apartment was dated. But adequate in size for 2 people. As it had been raining before our arrival the carpet internally near balcony was wet when I mentioned this to front desk they just shrugged! No one bothered to dry it. Housekeeping was slow and I actually had to call them for the 3 days we were there to come and make up the room and for clean towels. Would stay again just for the location and would recommend the buffet at restaurant for both lunch and dinner

Was a pleasant stay With different stays across different hotels you do feel a unique experience here that’s closer to greenery and nature. I can feel how the place is trying to bring in that more Swissy touch. The whole vibe has warmth and is very relaxing Dinner buffet was great. Breakfast felt a little uhmm... promising and could have been better(for me). The Christmassy vibe was very visible and with such a beautiful and estivy setup for Christmas. Appreciate and thanks to everyone who made our stay and experience so good Oh and Dubai Mall being close by could be a positive for many people. It’s around a 10 to 15 mins walk away

The rooms are perfect the breakfast is really good the location is great nearby Dubai mall the service is awesome especially thanks to Zeba germie thin Salma Amora cleo all are great

It was a great stay as always, swissotel is our go to choice. Very approachable staff, Zeba and Roma. Check out was also very quick by Jociel and Faisal was also helpful. The ambience and the stay is always good in Swissotel
