very bad experience, not clean room with bugs bites overall our body's, no flexibility of check out, noisy, AC out of control so we decided to switch it off all the time, i came from Abu dhabi wishing for a good experience but was very disappointed

Amazing hotel very helpful staff and couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location for the mall . Yu yu and Raina were lovely. The business centre were really helpful with printing our boarding cards. The bed was so comfortable and the tub worked brilliantly.

Friendly staff but a tired hotel

Very friendly staff and clean, tidy rooms (I stayed in the main building) but it is a tired hotel and the breakfast is not to the usual Dubai standard. There’s various building works going on but pool is nice and quiet and was unaffected by the works. I had a lovely relaxing massage by Putri and Oliver on the spa desk was very welcoming. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which was handy!

Great stay, good location to Mall

Hotel staff were brilliant, room was lovely. We were kindly upgraded. Location of the hotel is great if you want to be close to the mall, but it’s quite a drive from The Palm or JBR. Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast area - looked tired and was quite small.
