The hotel very nice and amazing staff specially Amal and Nicole and gamal very kind and helpful the room very clean and good location near the metro station I recommend this hotel for everyone thanks ibis team for good service the breakfast was excellent

Had a really great stay at the hotel! The place was clean and well-organized, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved how quiet the room was and how comfy the bed felt after a long day in Dubai. The location is perfect - close to everything: restaurants, malls, even the metro. Service was quick and responsive, and anything we asked for arrived without delay. Highly recommend it, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai.

It’s next to World Trade Center and amazing. Rooms are extremely clean and best point is that they don’t have parking but free valet parking. Reception manager Mr. Gamal is very cooperative and friendly and I really want to be here for next time.
