Good experience overall, the check-in at the arrival is not really fast. The rooms are large and spacious, even if it was a standard one, so very good and it’s equipped with what is needed, The room service is good and Shanjay is a very good room keeper.

Very Excellent crew performance in the restaurant.

Your crew (Goldie/Norhima/Angelo) are all proactive and courteous in finding ways to adjust food preference. Basically there are fewer food option for Asian guest. Your hotel must have more crew like them to find solution to guest concern.

Everything is good , Raju from housekeeping department was very friendly and do his job so perfect! I was so satisfied and surprised from all friendly staff , the room was comfortable, meal is taste , gym and swimming pool on the roof !!!! ))) …

Everything was just perfect. The staff were incredible. The housekeeping were efficient. The service was great. The food was nice and delicious. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Hats off to Mr. Rashed of the management team who made everything so easy and perfect. I would like to thank him for the upgrade. He personally handled my booking and check in process. He was veryhelpful and delivered the service with great attitude and professionalism. I would like to extend my thanks to all staff of the reception, Mr Mukul, Ms. Sabrina and the others for their services and friendliness.
