We celebrated Christmas dinner with family and friends and Reshma was so gracious and very welcoming the moment I booked our dinner. To be honest she was the deciding factor why we opt to celebrate Christmas dinner at Murooj. Fatima, Laine and May took good care of us… making sure we have everything we needed. Thank you guys… with your warm welcome and care we will definitely be coming back.

Swissotel Al Murooj is fantastic. Its prime location is perfect, just next to the Dubai Mall and the Big Bus (hop-on hop-off) stop. The friendly staff and excellent service are top-notch. Samla and Thin in the Executive Lounge on L14 particularly made our stay memorable.

Great experience at Swissotel Al Murooj. The hotel is well located. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The check-in process was a bit long though (30-40 minutes) and the breakfast quality was just okay. The gym is excellent. And the lounge service is great. Special thanks to Thin and Zeba for providing superb service. Thanks very much.
