Perfectly located in the very centre of the always amazing Dubai, literally at walking distance from the super-iconic Burj Khalifa, the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. It offers a complete range of facilities, from swimming pool to sauna, not to mention a nice restaurant. We had a pleasant buffet dinner in the Easter Saturday evening, with live music with a talented singer. The staff is very kind. Special thnks to Akhmed from the concierge, who assisted us to arrange the transfers, and to the kind Amora, who gently assisted us at the check out.

We came Dubai with my family.We stayed this hotel at 5days.This is our first time in Dubai.We enjoyed Swissotel Al Murooj.We were very happy with the services from the staff.Espescially,Amora.Thank you for everything.Food is very nice. We will come back again. Thin thank you

Our stay at hotel Swissotel Al Murooj was amazing. The hotel is amazing in its beauty. The rooms are big and clean. The The pool is stunning. We loved the entire staff they went out of their way to pamper us and to give us the best feeling. The hotel is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. There is a nice Pub in the gardens. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. We would like to thank the amazing Ahmed from customer service and also to Yeabdira. Many thanks to Faisal, Jackson, Zamah Shahana and Sophia at the frond Desk. It was a good choice of hotel and we will came again

I had an amazing stay at these hotel , the staffs are so professional and nice , they are always there to help you .location wise its perfect , breakfast is up to standard, thank you for the staffs yeabsira , Amora , thin , Adelle and ikram .we will get back soon

Not Recommended – Poor Management and Disappointing Experience Our stay at Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai was unfortunately far below expectations. The management was noticeably disorganized and unresponsive to guests’ needs. Shockingly, the hotel experienced a complete water outage for two consecutive days, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, they transported guests to distant suites outside the main hotel building just to take a shower — an incredibly inconvenient and poorly managed solution. Breakfast was very basic and unimpressive, especially considering the price and the hotel’s 5-star claim. Overall, the lack of proper management, poor handling of essential services, and mediocre amenities make it very hard to recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfort and professionalism.
