Dear Kevin, Thank you for choosing ibis for your stay in Esch-Belval. We sincerely regret to read that we could not reach your expecations. Regarding the aircon, we have a system here that can either heat or cool the buidling. As we are now stil in a cold period, the system is set on heating and can only heat the room. We are deeply sorry to learn that the temperature had been an issue during your stay. Nevertheless, we hope to have an other chance of welcoming you as one of our guest and convince you of the quality of our service. Until then, please accept our warmest regards. Dear Mr. j., thank you very much for choosing to stay with us at Ibis Esch-Belval and being a loyal guest of Accor. Please allow me to express our most sincere apologies regarding the billing of the night from March 18th to 19th. You had of course cancel this night in due time and this should have not been added to your bill. It seems that there has been a miscommunication between team members that led to that issue. I would like to inform you that we have just proceeded with the refund of the second night. This will take a few days to get to your bank account. I will forward you the invoice with the refund per email. Again I sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. Rest assured that this does not reflect the quality of service we aim to provide our guests at Ibis-Esch-Belval. Furthermore, we will definitely discuss this during our next team meeting to ensure that such issues do not occure again in the future. Dear DC B., we would like to thank you for taking a moment to share your experience with us. we are pleased to learn that the location was perfect for your concert at the Rockhal. We regret that the bath gave you a camping feeling and will work on makng it more attractive. Nevertheless, keep in mind that this style represents our concept at Ibis. Furthermore we would like to thank you for yout honest feedback regarding our staff. As hospitality professional, we aim to welcome our guests as warmly as possible. That we did not manage with you and therefore offer our most sincere apologies. This will be the object of a an upcoming training with our team to avoid such situation to repeat.
