Typowy Mercure dla sieci. Znam hotel od jego otwarcia. Niestety jakość spada - czuć mijający czas i brak remontów - popękany brodzik, smród kuchenny/ściekowy z wentylacji. W ciągu 3 dni pobytu nie uzupełniono mydła przy umywalce. Tak, wiem, że mogłem o to poprosić w recepcji, ale to jest ten element usługi, który powinien być realizowany bez mojej interwencji.
