This restaurant is great.And view riverside so good.there have everything‘s comfortable.They have seafood buffet the best.Mr.Jojoe great services.I like happy hours.Beer and cocktails.It’s very ceap.I hope will come again.Ibis riverside.

A Memorable and Enjoyable Stay by the River

We stayed at this this hotel last year for the first time. We were so impressed we returned for another stay. The hotel wins on many fronts. The position is directly on the river front. Having a good breakfast either indoors or outside on the riverfront listening to the sound of birds while enjoying the view, is only one of the good features of this hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. It is the same walking distance from Icon Siam. It has an excellent outdoor pool and seating areas by the river. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We found the staff delightful, always greeting you with a smile. Our special appreciation to Mr Negi, the operation duty manager, and other members of staff, who went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is not only the hotel or its position, but also the warm service by people like these, that made us remain long time Platinum or Diamond members of Accor.

Great spot, friendly staff, great river views, great food. Exceptional Staff. Wean Jai, one of the cleaner staff. brought my wife, hot ginger tea without even being asked because she had a cold. I called that excellent Customer service. In fact, all the staff has been exceptional truly has been a wonderful experience and we’ve been here for a couple of months while our house is being constructed. Bravo to Ibis for having such a wonderful place to stay.

TripAdvisor Traveler Choice 2024 Hotel with Broken Mattress

Got room 406 and 408. Problem with the double bed room. The Mattress is broken and hurt my back. I couldn't sleep and complained to the night shift duty manager to replace the Mattress. But the duty manager just asked the staff to put topper. Trying to sleep but in the morning I got back pain. And complain to the morning shift duty manager to change room. The duty manager gave 306 room which has broken mattress too. And change again to 407 & 409. IBIS needs to check this hotel beds. They don't provide proper mattress and this is not IBIS standard (Below OYO Standard). And I got an email from Patcharaporn Rattanasaenghirun (General Manager) said "As we are committed to the comfort of every one of our guests by providing excellent customer service, please inform that we are ongoing to purchase the new mattress." Why didn't he replace broken mattress before customer complain ? Dont they have Service Quality Control ? TripAdvisor must remove Traveler Choice Award 2024 from this hotel.
