I have stayed in this hotel several times and I felt like coming home everytime I stayed there. Special thanks to Khun Rainy, Khun Chompoo and Khun George as well as other staff in the Executive Lounge for their excellent service. The suite was spacious and functional. The bed was very comfortable and the view was great! The hotel can make some minor improvements like changing the master bedroom toilet door to be able to lock without a gap in the middle. And one of the bedside socket is not working. Breakfast at the executive lounge was delicious and the breakfast at the restaurant also have a decent spread. It would be good if we can redeem our welcome drinks at the Scarlett rooftop restaurant again instead of just at the swimming pool. The parking card validation process can also be improved for hotel guests so that we dont have to revalidate the parking card everytime we leave the carpark. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and we felt welcome during our stay. Thank you again for making our stay a memorable one!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to hotel receptionists (Khun Pan, Khun Ben, and Khun Ploy) for their wonderful support after I finished meeting with my colleagues at the hotel. They provided clear and helpful information, assisted me with great professionalism, and were always warm and attentive. Their kindness and excellent service made my experience at the hotel truly enjoyable. Thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality.

Well-Located Hotel with Strong Amenities, Minor Breakfast Crowding

Location: Excellent position near Silom - close enough for convenient access to the area, but far enough from the main nightlife zone to avoid excessive noise. Good value for the location. Room (Deluxe Twin Bed): The deluxe twin room was clean and comfortable, suitable for the price point. Breakfast: Hearty breakfast buffet with substantial options, including high-protein and fiber-rich selections. However, the breakfast area is undersized for the hotel's room count -expect 10-15 minute waits for seating during peak hours (9:00-10:30 AM). This occurred on multiple mornings during my stay. Facilities: The 5th floor hosts a well-equipped gym (elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, separate exercise mat area, and shower facilities) and a standard-style pool (not infinity design). Staff: Staff communicate well in English and were helpful throughout the stay. Overall: A solid choice for the Silom area with good amenities and location. The breakfast crowding is the main inconvenience, easily managed by arriving before 9:00 AM or after 10:30 AM.

Benz is a superstar

The hotel is a little tired but everything works efficiently. My biggest shout out is for Benz from the front desk team who helped me with check in/out and extension of my stay. He handled everything professionally well and it made my experience more enjoyable.

Nice hotel but all decreasing a bit, so after 10 years an 11th year will prob not happen

We are staying at this hotel for 10 years now, but for some reason it looks like its going down a little every time we stay here. Will we return next time? Not sure yet. Apparently the pool area, sauna snd steamroom are now closing at 8:00pm, it was 9:00pm and one of the previous times I asked tgem to stretch it to 10:00pm as it nice to come to the hotel and visit, the sauna/steamroom before going out or to bed! The breakfast is also less good/choices to for a simple but nice European breakfast, which is also very important to me next to the quality of it. Never before than this time there were so many musquito’s in the breakfastroom, which made me feel very uncomfortable as musquito’s love to bite me, giving me big humps on my skin. In short we are about to look for a better place next time, so an 11th year at Pullman G will probably not happen, but we’ll see.
