On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome by staff who then took us to the club lounge floor where we were provided welcome drinks and snacks. We had booked a 3 bedroom serenity suite and it was amazing. Two beautiful sized bedrooms with the master having a very big en-suite. A lovely sized living room with kitchen and dining table, we were blown away. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice and service is excellent too. The fish pond garden area by breakfast was admired by the kids. I had pre-booked a tour through the concierge but unfortunately when we landed my littlest was sick so we had to cancel. There is usually a 24hr notice but the concierge said that children come first so please do not worry. We ended up going later on but reduced the tour to only one temple and then a drive around Bangkok. The views from the rooftop bar are stunning and the cocktail are too. If you get access to the club lounge with your room then make sure you go as they have happy hour and afternoon tea. I would recommend anyone going to Bangkok to stay here, it is a wonderful hotel with exceptional service.

Muay Thai kickboxing

Took the complimentary Muay Thai kickboxing lesson with Badminton (name of coach). It was a private lesson. Had an amazing experience learning the techniques and then practicing 1:1 with the coach. The coach made the session fun for easy to learn.

Incredible in every way Staff were attentive and went out of their way to please. Hotel is grand and old school modern beauty Pool area perfectly comfy Spa just special Rooftop bar is next level Views to die for Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in a while

Amazing Hotel, we booked a lovely suite on the club floor. Worth every penny. We used the club floor late afternoon. We ate canapés and the drinks selection was good. The staff were absolutely amazing! The breakfasts were excellent! Very high standard! It set us up for the day! We ended up in the Moon Bar every night as we loved it that much! The cocktails were the best!!! The views on the roof bar were amazing! We ate at Vertigo on the last night and it was outstanding! If we had stayed another night we would have booked there again. We couldn’t fault our stay. It was perfect

This is our 2nd visit to the wonderful Banyan in Bangkok and honestly we can’t stop raving about this beautiful hotel. We’re 2 big lads from the SE of England and these Guys just know how to make you feel at home instantly. We URGE you to pay for the executive privileges - you’ll be living off cup noodles for a month when you get home like us but well worth it ! Amazing staff (so embarrassed I don’t remember their names) - nothing is too much for these wonderful People! Faultless breakfast service and that beautiful Thai greeting throughout your stay. The facilities are amazing but it is the staff who make this place what it is. Book now - you won’t be disappointed!
