Terrible service, no room service, no iron in the room, no drinks neither food at the mini fridge, dirty bathroom, everything looked outdated and wear.... Do not recommend at all, terrible to park to desembark so carts carry luggage no bell man to help.... Just have a regular hotel near by there are plenty with real service for a few $ extra. The worst part was sleeping into a mattress covered with a plastic fabric, terrible feeling....

Business trip to Belo Horizonte

I was in Belo Horizonte on a Business trip. The room was kept clean on a daily basis and staff in general was very friendly. The room was comfortable and the sleep quality was great as the noise from the busy streets is kept out. The location is excellent.

The staff is particularly friendly, especially the young barman but all people at the front office actually as well. They are always happy to help you and assist with any kind of question, you really "feel welcome" here. However the hotel has a very bad infrastructure and rooms are not confortable. At all. Breakfast is like a blue collar cantine and offers very basic ingredients.

I normally use a lot IBIS Hotel in all of my business travels because normally is very well located with a very good cost. The employees attend very well the guests and try to do their best in order for us clients to feel very confortable.

Everything that you need on a budget

Ibis Savassi is an executive choice for anyone who is traveling to Belo Horizonte. They are located in the center or the city, very close to a variety of restaurants and the Patio shopping center. If you are going to be moving around the Minas Gerais area, the bus station (rodoviaria) is a couple of minutes away. There are also a couple of good museums at walking dinstance. The breakfast buffet is very good and affordable. Last but not least, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I speak some Portuguese, but if you don't, they speak English. Overall, it's great!
