Terrible customer service - first impression

Reception staff are not helpful, I had a booking I came for check in and they didn’t show any interest to me as their ALL member guest, just because it’s high season they said they can’t help me at all even I told them I can pay the previous night or early check in by 10:30 or 11:00 . I came to reception at 09:30 and they were totally okay with cancelling my booking instead of giving other suggestions such as wait in the pool area or any waiting area. So I cancelled my booking and I went to Airbnb instead. That is not the service to expect from an Accor hotel.

Excellent friendly hotel on the main road to the beach. Great facilities, breakfast and a payable evening buffet if required. Close to bars and restaurants, 20mins from the beach. Chen, Phat and Put in the foyer and restaurant are lovely and very helpful.

Convenient location, clean rooms and pool. Like any other Ibis and quite value for money. These days i try to stick to the Ibis brand across Asean. Note its a bit far from the Ao nang beach but they have some scheduled vans to drop off and pick up at the beach. We enjoyed the stay as usual , thanks to Kata Ibis service though which made us loyal to the brand

Room's are small not even a simple closet, towels are from world war 2 with even some holes, basic breakfast buffet and the offered juices are terrible. Been in more Ibis around the world but this one doesn't comply with the standard the franchise offers.

Came here for two nights with Intrepid Group. Friendly staff. Room very nice and clean and good air con. Towel provided for pool. The pool is really good and clean and there is a small one for children. Buffet breakfast has a lot of choices so worth going for.
