Tried out the aromatic massage. The service and ambience were smooth without hiccups! Masseur Fern was firm with her strokes and hands. Felt totally rejuvenated after the massage. The ginger tea tasted good as well. Would highly recommend to try it out(:

The staff Was so helpful and so polite. There were nothing but smiles everywhere. They helped us in every situation. Breakfast is amazing.. I recommend the buffet and added onto your ticket. Coffee barista can make a mean cup of anything you like. I love my coffee so Beam Made a wonderful cup two for me every day

We were very impressed with the care and attention we received from Efan at the hotel fitness centre. He is very knowledgeable and looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble. We recommend him highly to any future guests at the hotel. He will I’m sure end up in a very senior role in the Accor organisation.

Efan in the gym was so friendly and helpful to us during our stay at the Sofitel Phokeethra Krabi resort. He gave us helpful advice about different exercises we could do for various fitness issues. He also gave us useful information about the hotel and its facilities. He will go far!

Friendly service staff at the resort . Enjoy my massage at the spa by therapist Fern. As I have claustrophobia , massage therapist Fern makes me calm & really enjoyed my massage at Le Spa. The ambience is very pleasant. Highly recommended the spa
