Every staff member made our stay fantastic and memorable. My wife's birthday and they went out of there way to make it special. All the facilities are great and surrounds are beautiful. I would recommend to anyone. I wasn't with my kids but a lot of effort went into entertainment for them. Thank you to all the team

Excellent spa. My massage with Pepsi was great, she did everything right. Firm yet not painful! Food is Excellent and the pool is amazing. Kids (4 &5) love the kids club. Beach across the street is delightful and staffed by the hotel with towels, etc.

Such a beautiful setting with excellent attention to detail and wonderful staff. Have enjoyed the excellent private jet boat island experience with Lenon, and the wonderful Thalia making our stay very memorable. Both restaurants are of exceptional quality with a beautifully curated wine list. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Beautiful Christmas atmosphere 🎄

Lovely Property with World Class Service and Entertainment

The Sofitel is a lovely property and my husband and I enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it. For travelers who consider quality of service and resort aesthetic to be high priorities, and for those who enjoy an open air concept, this resort will likely be a great fit! It is safe to walk off the property, and we found that many experienced travelers who visit Thailand often did so regularly in addition to enjoying the beauty of the resort itself. The only drawback for us was that there is a road that is moderately busy that you have to cross in order to get to the beach, with power lines running the length of the road that disrupt the view a bit, and while the beach is okay, there are a lot of sharp shells/rocks that make it difficult to walk on barefoot, and the water is pretty, but may be disappointing for those who are looking for pristine beaches and crystal clear blue ocean. The swimming pool however, is the largest in Thailand, so for those that look for a great swim up bar and plenty of room poolside, the Sofitel delivers! Special Thanks: Hats off to Golf who helped make our days at the swim up bar lots of fun, and we’d like to extend a special thank you as well to New at the Explorer Bar, not only for his hospitality, but for making us some of the most exquisite cocktails we have ever had, anywhere in the world. We have been many places over the years, and we found that New’s artistry was unparalleled. We also had the privilege of listening to Kacy and Alan who provided the nightly live music at Explorer Bar and who were also, far and away, the best we have ever heard anywhere in the world. Both are tremendously talented, and Kacy’s primary vocals were truly exceptional. Thank you to New, Kacy, and Alan for making our evenings and nights at Explorer Bar a highlight of our stay! We hope to return!

I had a wonderful massage from Fern. I had recently had a full right shoulder replacement & left knee surgery. I also have a left foot surgery booked in one month - all due to severe osteoarthritis. She was very helpful with my arthritis & went above & beyond with extra heat packs etc to accommodate my every need. Highly recommend having a massage by Fern at Sofitel Krabi.
