There are only a few hotels I stay at in Abu Dhabi and this is one of them. It is very reasonably priced and the rooms are well worth it. I stay in the standard Superior room and it has a nice little couch, shower, and bath tub. There is plenty of parking and the on site amenities are plentiful. The downstairs pub Belgian Cafe is one of my favorite places to unwind in Abu Dhabi. I’d like to recognize Wahid, Quinter, and Khaled who work at the front desk who are an absolute pleasure to see every time I interact with them. They always greet me with a warm smile and they are extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate.

I was here with my friend it was a wonderful saty I enjoy a lot of the food and staff was amazing the buffet was delicious . The staff is very polite and professional specially Abhishek ,suraj and Gita .They take care about small needs. Will definitely suggest others and will be coming back soon.

Ahmmed Khaled made all the difference for our stay. showed flexibility and client orientation in meeting our expectations. We arrived at very early morning, while other hotel rejected us in accepting us, Ahmmed found an option for to stay with day-use as we were just planning.

first time i visited novotel abu dhabi gate . nice and clean hotel with helpful staff . i visited restaurant gabbiano and had food there which was amazing . May was very helpful , polite and guided me through the menu properly so thumbs up to her . will visit again soon .

We had dinner at Gabbiano on 18 May. May took care of us from the time we entered the restaurant and advised us on the food to choose and the wine which would compliment the food . As we were celebrating our birthdays, we thought of treating ourselves well. Fristo Misto, Classic Lasagna,Spaghetti Parmigiana, Surf & Turf Platter with Vistana Wine (from Chile) and finally ending with Classic Gabbiano Tiramisu. Quite a lot to have for one meal, but then we enjoyed every bit. We appreciated the fact that May and Mansi were constantly checking on us and our every need. We were also given a complimentary glass of wine too. Thanks May, Mansi and Kavi for your excellent service and yummy food.
