This is my third visit to this hotel, and once again, the concierge and bellmen have been exceptional, making our stay truly memorable. I would like to specifically commend **Mohammad Jad** and **Waleed Qasim** at reception—they are outstanding! Having traveled extensively and stayed in some of the world’s finest five-star hotels, I can confidently say that Mohammad and Waleed set a new standard for exceptional service. Both are incredibly patient, understanding, and always go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel truly at home. The hotel is of a very high standard and it has very good facilities which is to be expected for hotel chains in the region. Novotel is not any different: very clean, well staffed with excellent services and amenities. The restaurants are particularly good and the people working there are amazing. I want to commend two members of staff who went above and beyond their duty to help me out. One of them is Isuru Chaturanga (concierge), a very polite and friendly young man who helped me find my mobile phone. I had lost my phone one night in a taxi and when I was ready to give up any hope of finding it, Isuru stepped up, called the local taxi dispatcher and helped me recover my phone. He was very reassuring and knew exactly what to do. It wasn't his first time helping out a guest in a similar situation. I was very very happy to find my phone and I am still very grateful for Isuru's help. The other person I want to thank is Quinter Jagero (reception) who dealt with me (and everyone else as far as I could see) in a very calm and professional manner but did so with kindness and a big smile on her face. Really solid people working here, I highly recommend staying at Novotel if you want to be treated with care and dignity. Great stay, I'd definitely choose Novotel again.
