Disaster of a Coffee experience

Dear Team, We wish to give you a review for our stay recently dated 29 Jan to 31 Jan 2026. Please note the most shocking and weird experience was not having coffee sachets or milk in the room. Apparently you are avoiding plastic which is good ,however the service of providing the luke warm so called Americano coffee with ice cold milk with no Microwave in the room and also served in Paper glasses is absolutely regressive choice . And it was extremely disappointing experience . Forgot to take a pic though. I am a travel agent and i would avoid suggesting this hotel to my Indian clients as its going to be shock for them .To have Tea sachets in the room but no milk hot or cold and no coffee option . Also we found your staff at the reception and room service a bit unfriendly . Hope you take serious note of this observation. Regards Aparna Kittur Travel2.0.avinash@gmail.com
