The facilities are getting old and the room amenities are missing a lot. Image 3 towels in a 3 bedroom apartment and we are 5 people. The cleaning team is tyring to skip work and there is no 24 hours cleaning service. If you do not clean in the day there is no chance of gettimg your room cleaned after 6 PM. The nice thing is that they allow deliivery orders to the room since it is an apartment. The beds are smaller than needed. It is a 3-br and we had to use the sofa to accomodate 5 people.

It's nice hotel with perfect breakfast.. thank you SOM Maya for good service.. Probably I come back soon when have chance.. I enjoyed my stay on this spacious beautiful hotel..keep up the good work guys. I recommend this hotel to my friends out there.

We are frequent customers of Adagio Al Bustan. It has been part of every occasion in our life. The front desk officer, Mouad, was nice and accommodating. He even made an extra effort to make our stay extra special. Unfortunately, the Novotel swimming pool is under renovation, and we needed to use the Al Bustan Tower 2 pool. Unfortunately, we encountered an unprofessional Filipina receptionist named Joanna and two other staff members who were a bit rude in approaching Adagio guests. It's all about providing guests EID. These Al Bustan staff were so unprofessional… They shouldn't be working in the field of customer service.
