Stunning location, beautiful hotel, exceptional service!!!! We visited over Christmas with friends and having visited Dubai lots of times this was our first visit to Abu Dhabi. The beach is excellent, white sand, clear water and you can walk for miles. Cannot fault the beach service special thank you to Junaid and Ray, who kept us constantly hydrated during the day!!! Their customer service is outstanding. Our rooms were lovely, restaurants were all good. Buffet is incredible and much better than most hotels. Special thank you to Azizbek for looking after us during the evenings in the courtyard. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous service throughout the hotel . The food in the buffet restaurant is excellent , of the a la carte restaurants L,Olivia is the best. We went to the Tepanaki evening , which was fun. The spa is sensational, for adults that want to escape from the family vibes ,for a few hours , it is perfect . Loved this hotel,and will be back with family .

The Rixos was not especially to our taste in terms of style and feel, however the service was truly exceptional and the staff could not have been more kind or professional. We also found the food and drinks to be superb on the whole, with one exception of a very unusually dinner at the Oriental restaurant but this was unusual. The overriding feel though from the visit was that we were a little surprised to find the hotel dominated by visitors from one particular region. Not that we have any issues with the hotel guests but we do prefer hotel experiences that are more international and diverse. Also, we found the pool and restaurants and breakfast and lunch to be very small child orientated. Lots of people with babies and toddlers which is of course fine, but there was no adult pool or areas that had more of an adult or older children orientation. The young family feel also made the evening vibe a little dull for example, there is a huge sports bar but we rarely saw more than two people in there. We have some great memories of this trip though, largely due to the staff who were so incredibly attentive and kind.

This is one amazing hotel located on a pure yellow sand beach with lots of space to enjoy its many facilities. The staff are incredible and work tirelessly to ensure that everyone’s needs are met with a smile and at the speed of light. I can honestly say that this is one of the best family hotels I have stayed at!
