We have been to this hotel 6 times for Christmas and one occasion for Christmas and new year including supporting this hotel during Covid and have found it a wonderful experience however in December 2025 it has all changed, with a certain member of staff asking 13 members of my family to move because we have a baby with us who sleeps all of the time! His attitude was uncompromising and it has led to my 13 members of my family not being able to sit together around the pool as there are insufficient beds - the hotel now allows people to save sun-beds all day and not use them - maybe it’s a change in policy as a consequence my regular Christmas jaunt has sadly come to an end and next year we will be staying somewhere else for Christmas.

Great holiday at the Rixos premium Saadiyat Abu Dhabi, food excellent and the staff are all very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Leo, Wendal and Nidam for looking after us in the evening. Special mention to Rodney, The Master Mixoligist, his cocktails were amazing every night and thank you for the recipe for In Your Arms, Anish also for some master mixing. Thank you all, have a great Christmas from Mark and June from Scotland

Not the best choice for adult only traveler's

This was our third stay at a Rixos resort (previously stayed in Belek and Dubai) and once again the service, cleanliness and overall experience was excellent! However this resort would be 3rd on our top 3 Rixos resorts… the à la carte restaurants were not as impressive, the Orient was the stand out, the Asian underwhelming which was a shame as Asian restaurants at Rixos resorts have typically been the most memorable. Entertainment was a bit tame for us.. having experienced the entertainment at Rixos Belek. Our biggest gripe would be as two adults travelling without children we couldn’t enjoy any child free areas… the hotel has a few adult only areas but none of them are policed by staff or fully respected by holiday makers. Similarly people leaving towels on lounges most of the day unattended around the pool and beach created a shortage of lounges which staff seemed unwilling to manage (although blame is squarely on customers, it took us no time to simply return our towels after we were finished) The above is not helped by just having one main pool! The birds around the pool area are a problem, we saw them going into people’s beach bags and flying off with stuff. So with those with families this would be a good hotel but for adults traveling without children this may be a little frustrating.

Staff are amazing, they are anticipating your needs. I found our holiday so relaxing. Entertainment is low key which is also so relaxing x The Al a carte restaurant we tried Orient & Italian were exceptional x Ahron Lester is a fabulous waiter. مرحبا بكم اود ان اقول ان هذا الفندق من افخم الفنادق التي قمت بالنزول فيها الغرف نظيفه جدا والخدمه فوق الممتازه والاكلات بالمطاعم متنوعه وجودتها عليه جدا اشكركم جدا علي حسن استضافتكم لنا واود ايضا ان اوجه خالص الشكر للأستاذ مينا نجيب الذي ساعدنا جدا في التواصل مع الاستقبال والترجمه لنا حيث اننا نتحدث العربيه فقط وتوضيح الخدمات المتاحه لنا بكل بساطه وبكل رحب واسع لم يتردد ابدا في الرد علي اسئلتنا العديده حتي في ساعات الراحه وحتي حين عدم تواجده بالفندق وحتي في الاوقات المتأخره من اليوم هذا الرجل رائع ومتعاون جدا شكرا ريكسوس وفريق عمله وشكرا مينا تحياتي تركي الحمادي ( Translated by Google ) Welcome!
