整体体验不错，酒店位置很好，房间设计的独具特色，陈设贴合当地文化，餐品丰富且好吃。 但是，相比在索菲特，甚至是美居的体验来说，办理入住的过程中服务有待提升：当天傍晚打车到酒店，下车没人帮忙搬行李，办理入住只有一个通道，等了好一会，没有示意休息稍等或是叫同事前来帮忙办理。 后面几天的体验舒适多了，各种主动服务的意识很强，符合雅高系列的一贯的体验。

门童主动开门提行李，办理入住时有迎宾饮料，体验很好，客房和图片上一致，空间适宜，客房服务也很到位，早餐在行政酒廊，很安静，装修很有风情。整体入住体验很棒。

非常棒，尤其每天送了小鲜花，很有情调。其他一切都很棒，楼顶bar、泳池，24小时健身房，还有停车场挺大，停车很方便。很满意，下次来河内还会入住。而且整个酒店香香的，服务也很好。很满意的。
