Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal mit einer Gruppe im IBIS in Verdun und wir werden immer wieder kommen. Die Betten sind bequem, das Frühstück gut und vor allem: Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Buchung über die Gruppenabteilung war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes wunderbar. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder mit unseren Reisegruppen im Ibis Budget übernachten.

Dear G., We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay at our Ibis Budget Verdun hotel. However, we do not understand your comment regarding bed bugs. You stayed for two nights and made no mention of them to our receptionists. Furthermore, we have just inspected the room in detail and found no trace of bed bugs. Our housekeeping staff inspect the bedding at the slightest suspicion. They found no traces of blood in your sheets. Sincerely, Ibis Budget Verdun
