Zum einen besticht das Hotel ausgesprochen durch die Lage. Zum anderen ist die Ausstattung wirklich auf der höhe der Zeit und lässt auch ein bisschen Liebe im Kontext von Mercure erkennen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend. Alleine der Altbau bringt einige Kompromisse mit sich - daher -1

Vor Anreise erhielten wir eine E-Mail mit Information zu Anfahrt und den guten Tip zum Parkhaus in der Nähe sowie man von dort zum Hotel gelangt. Der Check-in+ Check out geht schnell, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer+Bad sind komfortabel, modern und freundlich ausgestattet. Auch mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Im Zimmer hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Der Wasserkocher hat gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter wollte einen Wasserkocher bringen ... Jedoch ist das nicht passiert. Ausblick Zimmer auf Abluftanlage . Hat insgesamt einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen
