Enjoyed our stay in a very spacious Junior Suite, was only marred by an unfriendly/unhelpful/untrained? reception staff member which led us to spending considerable time finding parking. Had I booked parking she asked ? No, because when I enquired on line I was told booking was not possible. Did she have any suggestions - just a shrug, and a suggestion that we just drive around and look. With the internet being very patchy, only later did we discover that there was a Parking Building less than a hundred metres away! That piece of local information would have saved us considerable angst and a long walk, from the parking building we had eventually stumbled up. We don’t get our room serviced every day, but when we did request it, returning mid afternoon to find the room untouched was disappointing, and very unusual with Accor hotels, whose housekeeping service is usually excellent.

Stayed for a business trip in the area. But had experience already with similar class hotels and was eager to experience them again as the last one was almost 13 years ago. Reception was courteous, but never got to meet any member of the housekeeping team. No doubt, they too are all smiles. The room was as expected but the bed and pillows were comfortable and always wanted me to spend 10 more minutes. Closet space was ample and really loved the abundance of clothes hangers. T&B was kept clean and sanitized, with spot-on water pressure and temperature. To my surprise, the shower area is larger compared to other similar-class Euro hotels. My only gripe was that the air-conditioner kind of heated the room even if it was in the coldest setting. Just slightly opened the window and adjusted the blinds. Food selection is also as expected, but the bacon was always crispy! Plus points for that. Good choices of bread and pastries with some fruit beverages. Another plus, Sir Sean Connery (bless hm) always watching over me. The location of the hotel was convenient. It was only walking distances to everything in the city center. In summary, it was great to re-experience this type of lodging again, but here in Switzerland. Would stay here again if my work ever returns to this area.

The hotel is nice location but small room, buffet breakfast was really nice many choices to choose fresh pastry.Especially Staffs at Front office were helpful and friendly ,they could answer and explain all what we need to know about locarno.suggestion hotel should provide more amenities like , comb , tooth brush and tooth paste ,body lotion( not sure as i brought my own)
